How the service works and what is included

We lock in the scope, boundaries, and verifiable deliverables before starting.

Start with a specific operation

An employee copies leads between systems, cross-checks the same details repeatedly, or answers identical routine questions all day. To choose the right solution, we first map the process: what event triggers the workflow, what data is required, and what outcome is expected. This lets you evaluate the value and constraints before implementation.

What outcome we agree on

Automation executes a defined sequence of actions with a controlled outcome. Together we decide where data should transfer automatically, where a customer receives an automated reply, and where a human employee makes the decision. We test everything on agreed sample cases and document how exceptions are handled.

Choose a direction

Your starting point depends on the workflow you want to improve. Analyze processes: an audit helps select the right task and define implementation requirements before development. [Transition: B1] Route leads: for Facebook leads to CRM, we verify the connection, required fields, and delivery path. [Transition: B3] Routine inquiries: we scope a chatbot or voice agent workflow around solution availability and human handoff rules. [Transition: B2] Connect systems: if the task is already defined and requires connecting specific APIs, we review the integration and system compatibility. [Transition: P3]

Development and ongoing support

For your task, we define the target systems, business rules, and acceptance criteria. Scoping and implementation are agreed upon as distinct one-time phases. After launch, we set up ongoing support: which operations and adjustments it covers, how monitoring works, and where error alerts are routed. New workflows and feature expansions are quoted separately.

Solution constraints

Process participants, input data quality, access permissions, and platform limitations all affect the result. Errors and edge cases must have a clear fallback path. Replacing staff entirely, connecting any arbitrary CRM, or supporting every communication channel is not promised automatically.

From process mapping to launch

We review your current operations and select the segment to automate. We align on the expected outcome, data fields, access rights, and completion criteria. After verifying system capabilities, we build the solution and test both normal runs and edge cases. Finally, we hand over operating guidelines and set up ongoing support. Live workflows are modified only after explicit approval.

For our first discussion

Describe the repetitive task in your own words: who starts it, which systems they use, what data they copy, and where errors happen. Attach an anonymized example. Next, we will clarify the inputs and propose either a process audit or a one-time quote for a specific workflow. Implementation cost and timeline are agreed separately from ongoing support; monthly support does not include unlimited new feature development.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to choose a tool beforehand?

No. You can start by describing the process and desired outcome; we will check system compatibility during the review.

Can we automate just one small step?

Yes, starting with a single operation helps define clear boundaries and verify practical value. Further expansion is scoped separately.

Is AI required for every task?

No. For rule-based actions or data transfers, standard API integration is often enough. We choose the right tools for the agreed workflow.

Is this an off-the-shelf product purchase?

Custom automation and standalone products have different terms. For a ready-made product, we check feature fit, release stage, and availability separately.
