If Your Website Goes Down
In M and L Maintenance and All-Inclusive plans, incident reports are logged automatically 24/7. A specialist picks up the issue during business hours in priority order. Business hours: Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 to 21:00; closed on Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need both hosting and maintenance?
Every website requires hosting, while maintenance can be handled by a separate specialist. If you want one provider responsible for both, choose All-Inclusive.
Can I keep my website with my current hosting provider?
Yes. That is what our standalone WordPress Maintenance plans are for. Before onboarding, we check access credentials and the capabilities of your current host.
My website is broken. Which plan should I choose?
First, describe what happened. The edit allowance in plan S is not enough for repair work; the minimum plan that covers troubleshooting and fixes is M. We verify the exact scope before onboarding.
How much does it cost?
The price of each plan is listed on its card and on the pricing page, including VAT. Plans are available with monthly or annual billing; compare them by the total payment amount.
