When emails fail to arrive
Your website needs to send inquiries or notifications, and your business needs an address on its own domain. Delivery issues can stem from website settings, domain records, the email provider, or recipient filtering rules. We inspect the exact delivery path.
What will be configured
Within the agreed scope, we set up business email and configure website message delivery through your chosen email service. SMTP allows your site to hand off messages to that service for delivery. We test the results across agreed addresses and scenarios.
Scope of setup
Before ordering, we define the required mailboxes, services, and message types. Domain email: we align on addresses and domain records for the chosen provider, accounting for any active mail setup before making changes. Website sending: we configure the agreed sending method and sender address, and test inquiry forms or notifications. Delivery verification: we check test message results and any identified restrictions. Additional routing is agreed separately.
What remains on the provider side
Your email service subscription, sending limits, and filtering rules are governed by the provider’s own terms. No one can guarantee that every email will land in every recipient’s primary inbox. Bulk mailing campaigns and migrating large email archives require a separate scope of work.
