This policy explains what data we collect on the website, why, who we share it with, and what your rights are under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ”א-1981) as amended by Amendment 13. It supplements the short notice shown next to the contact form (Section 11 of the Law).
2. What data we collect
When you submit the contact form: the selected service (if any), your name (if provided), your chosen reply method and contact details (email or phone/WhatsApp), your message, form language, submission timestamp, and the version of the notice shown next to the form. Providing details is voluntary and not required by law, but without contact details and a message we cannot reply.
When you call, message us on WhatsApp, or email us: your phone number or email address, your profile name, and the correspondence itself.
When you browse the website: our servers receive technical logs (IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referrer, and timestamp) required to operate and protect the website. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics receives aggregated usage data without form details.

- To keep a record of the enquiry and our work on it.
- To protect the website and contact form against abuse.

We do not sell personal data, and contact form details are never sent to advertising or analytics networks.

We send message content, including voice-message transcripts, to the Chatwith service (DiCarlo Software Solutions LLC, United States) to prepare a reply. Chatwith’s list of sub-processors: https://chatwith.tools/legal/subprocessors.
We send voice messages to OpenAI OpCo, LLC (United States) for transcription so that we can understand your enquiry and respond. OpenAI does not retain the voice recordings themselves after transcription. We do not currently use OpenAI to analyse photos or PDF files sent to this number.
The transfer of data to Chatwith and OpenAI outside Israel relies on your consent under regulation 2(1) of the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001. Chatwith and OpenAI have committed in writing to protect the data.
When a member of our team needs to respond, we receive a notification in Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc., outside Israel) with your phone number, the name shown in WhatsApp and the content of your enquiry. Photo and PDF content is not currently added to these notifications through automated analysis.
You are not required to send us information on WhatsApp: you can also reach us in the other ways listed on this page.
5. Retention and Your Rights
Form enquiries are kept for up to 3 years from the date of submission; technical server logs are kept for up to 12 months. Under Sections 13 and 14 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you have the right to review the personal data we hold about you and to request its correction or deletion by writing to [email protected].
How to delete your data
Write to [email protected] or [email protected], or simply reply in the same WhatsApp chat and ask us to delete your data. We will delete the conversation, your phone number, your profile name and the files you sent within 30 days, and we will confirm when it is done. What stays: invoices and accounting records, which we are required by law to keep. If you have an account or an active agreement with us, deletion covers the correspondence, not the contract documents.
