Built for a specific call flow
A voice agent is designed for a phone scenario with a clear objective and prepared information. Before selection, we discuss which questions it handles, what actions are permitted, and when the call must be transferred to a staff member.
Agreed call scenario
We define the conversation structure, required data, and outcome. We support scenarios in Russian and English. Capabilities of the selected provider and operating terms are clarified before setup.
What we review before connecting
The scope of phone handling must be defined in advance. Call content: we agree on questions, verified answers, and information the agent is authorized to share. Human involvement: we define triggers for transferring to a staff member and fallback actions when no one is available. Outcome and integrations: we specify what record or action is needed after the call. Integrations are verified under a separate agreed scope.
Voice agent boundaries
Understanding every possible conversation or handling every edge case cannot be guaranteed. Actions, telephony costs, number provisioning, and third-party service terms require confirmation. A voice agent is not a voiceover service for videos or presentations.
