Online Store for E-Commerce Sales

In an online store, customers select products, add them to the cart, and complete checkout right on the website. We build stores on WordPress and WooCommerce, aligning upfront on how payments, shipping, and order fulfillment will work.

When you need an online store

  • You sell products and customers need to order and pay for them directly on the website.
  • Your products have variations, such as size or color.
  • You want to manage products and orders in-house.

If you only need a large searchable listing without online checkout, a directory portal is a better fit.

What is included in building the store

  • Catalog and product pages: categories, attributes, and product variations. Search and filters are tailored to your assortment.
  • Checkout: required customer fields, payment methods, and shipping rules. We verify gateway and carrier integration options upfront.
  • Store management: how to add products and process orders, including notifications and staff roles.
  • Design, end-to-end checkout testing, and a control panel walkthrough before launch.

What is not included

Bulk uploading of your entire catalog, live inventory sync, custom discount logic, and ERP integrations require dedicated specifications and are quoted separately. Where custom development is needed, we offer custom WordPress plugins. Payment processing and shipping depend on your chosen payment provider, courier service, and merchant agreements; their terms and fees are handled separately.

How We Work

We determine the timeline in business days based on catalog size and required integrations before work begins.

We start with your store rules and product data.

Step 02

We align on structure and design.

Step 03

We build the product catalog and checkout flow.

Step 04

We test the agreed workflows using sample products.

Step 05

Before launch, we walk through store management together and review post-launch support options.

How much does an online store cost?

The listed price covers a standard online store as a one-time payment, VAT included. Before ordering, we compare your requirements with the standard package and lock in how many products we upload and which additional integrations are needed. Anything beyond the package is listed as a separate line item along with its timeline in business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I sell products with variations?

Yes. We configure variation attributes and display based on your products and WooCommerce capabilities. Custom pricing or logic rules are scoped separately.

What payment methods can be connected?

We select the integration method after reviewing your payment processor, their available gateway plugins or APIs, and your merchant account terms.

Is inventory synchronization included?

No. Inventory sync requires documentation of your ERP or inventory system, an accessible API or data feed, and agreed data update rules. Once we review those, we can quote the integration.

Who looks after the store after launch?

Store development does not include ongoing support. Post-launch updates and care fall under website maintenance, where we offer a dedicated plan for online stores.

What do I need to prepare?

Product information, prices and specifications, licensed product images, and your payment, shipping, and return policies. Please also specify the languages, approximate catalog size, and any accounting or inventory systems you already use.

What will your store sell?

Tell us what you sell, how many products you have, and how orders reach your customers, and we will propose a scope and price. Once the store is live, we can bring in buyers through online advertising.
