When an off-the-shelf tool is not enough
Your website needs a specific feature, store rule, or connection to another system. Before building from scratch, we check whether the task can be solved with an existing manageable plugin. If no suitable tool exists, we scope a custom solution around your requirements.
A feature you can control
The deliverable includes the agreed functionality and its settings in the WordPress admin panel. Key parameters stay accessible to the site owner without editing code. Installation packaging, documentation, and terms for future updates are defined in the specification.
What we align on before development
The scope is defined by the specific task and site architecture. Behavior: we describe user actions, inputs, rules, and expected results. Settings: we choose which parameters the owner needs to adjust in the dashboard, clarifying access permissions and usability. Compatibility: we lock in target versions of WordPress, the theme, and key plugins. For stores, we account for WooCommerce and affected checkout or catalog flows.
Compatibility boundaries
Compatibility with every theme, all third-party plugins, and future core releases cannot be promised without testing. Complex integrations, external tool licenses, and extra features are estimated separately. Terms for bug fixes, support, and updates are defined before ordering.
