Hosting with Website Maintenance
Whoever hosts the website also maintains it. When hosting and maintenance are handled by one provider, nobody argues over whose fault an issue is. With the All-Inclusive plan, your site runs on our servers while we update it, back it up, and make edits within your plan’s allowance. One invoice and one point of contact for any question.

All-Inclusive serves as the foundation of your digital workflow: your site is hosted on our servers and maintained by our team. Built on this foundation, the next steps can be added as your business needs them: SEO and advertising, chatbot and CRM, and automation. Every step connects to a site we already know inside out, managed by the same provider.
Who it is for
You have a WordPress website and no in-house specialist for updates and edits. You want to hand over both hosting and maintenance together and receive a single invoice. If your current hosting is already paid for and works well, you can keep it and order maintenance only.
One plan instead of two vendors
Hosting provides the server space for your site, while maintenance covers the work inside WordPress. All-Inclusive combines both, so when something breaks, you never have to figure out whether to blame the host or the developer.
A WordPress site without worrying about updates and backups
We update WordPress, themes, and plugins manually, verifying everything and taking a rollback snapshot first. Daily backups are retained for seven days, while weekly and monthly backups are sent to external storage. The plan includes security protection and 24/7 automated uptime checks.
What is not included
Edits beyond the plan’s included hours are agreed separately. Work ordered or quoted in writing prior to switching to the plan is billed at the previously stated price. In Plan M, multilingual configuration is billed separately.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does All-Inclusive differ from standard hosting?
Standard hosting only provides server space for your site. All-Inclusive also covers maintenance: we update WordPress, your theme, and plugins, run backups, and make edits within your plan’s hours. If your own specialist maintains the site, standalone hosting is enough.
If the site goes down at night or on Saturday, who helps?
Automated uptime monitoring runs 24/7. In Plans M and L, incident tickets are logged automatically at any time, and a specialist handles them by priority during business hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 21:00. In Plan S, the response time is 24 business hours.
What happens with edit hours and licenses?
Included hours are valid from the first month and do not roll over. We install and update the included plugins under our own licenses for as long as your plan remains active.
Can I switch to another plan?
Yes, by requesting a plan change. We confirm the specific transition terms before processing.
Can I add advertising, a bot, or automation later?
Yes. Each step can be added separately with the scope and price agreed in advance. If you want one provider to manage your website, advertising, social media, and reporting under a unified plan, the next step is the Digital Department. Your site stays on our servers, so no second migration is needed.

When your website is already with us and you also need leads, advertising, and a unified plan across all channels, the next step is called the Digital Department. It is a monthly subscription where one provider manages the entire process from website to reporting. All-Inclusive hosting and maintenance are already built in, complemented by SEO, Google Business Profile management, work hours, and, in higher tiers, advertising and social media. Chatbots, CRM, and automation connect to the same plan after we scope your task.
