Our task was to design, build, and host a fast, authoritative trilingual portal in Hebrew, Russian, and English.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/article><article class=\"service-card wp-block-israsky-card\">\n<h3 >15 Scientific Departments and Scholar Registry<\/h3>\n\n<p><span class=\"card-label\">Academic architecture:<\/span> We engineered a 114-page WordPress architecture featuring dedicated trilingual pages for all 15 scientific departments (including Department No. 15 for Intelligent Information Technologies and Information Security headed by Ilia Shuliak), individual profiles for department heads and editorial board members, and standardized academic affiliation rules.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/article><article class=\"service-card wp-block-israsky-card\">\n<h3 >Searchable Publication Catalog and Journal<\/h3>\n\n<p><span class=\"card-label\">Archive and publishing:<\/span> We built a live searchable catalog containing 123 full-text scientific works and monographs plus 705 seminar records, complete with department filtering and one-click bibliographic citation, alongside the interdisciplinary scientific journal section (Volumes I to VII).<\/p>\n\n\n<\/article><article class=\"service-card wp-block-israsky-card\">\n<h3 >Seminar Automation, Accessibility, and Managed Hosting<\/h3>\n\n<p><span class=\"card-label\">Infrastructure and compliance:<\/span> Hosted on Israsky managed servers, the portal meets Israeli Accessibility Standard 5568 (WCAG 2.1 AA) with a minimum contrast ratio of 5.37:1 and self-hosted typography with zero third-party trackers, plus an ICS seminar calendar feed, daily solar activity forecast synchronization, and an online membership application.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/article><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"sect text-sec
