System integrations and API

We connect agreed systems so they exchange the right data under clear rules.

How the service works and what is included

We lock in the scope, boundaries, and verifiable deliverables before starting.

When your systems need to exchange data

Your website, CRM, or billing system already does its job, but you need a specific link between them. Here we start when the participating systems and desired outcome are known. If it is not yet clear which process to change, a business automation audit is the best first step.

A working connection with clear acceptance criteria

We define which system sends data, which receives it, and what triggers the transfer. An API allows systems to exchange data under established rules. We verify API availability and limits before committing to implementation. Delivery is accepted against agreed actions and data payloads.

Integration scope

Connection rules must be clear on both sides. Events and data: we specify the trigger moment, required fields, formats, and valid values. Access and limits: we verify API capabilities, permissions, and rate limits, agreeing on how credentials are used securely. Errors and monitoring: we define behavior on failure, retries, and incomplete data, and set indicators for successful delivery.

Compatibility and boundaries

Integration depends on the capabilities of both systems and their vendors’ terms. No connection can be promised without prior verification. CRM restructuring, data cleanup, new product features, and ongoing maintenance are scoped separately. Changes to an external API may require future updates.

Workflow and preparation

Execution stages and what is needed to get started.

How we build the connection

We review the architecture and anonymized payloads, and check available interfaces. We align on rules, acceptance criteria, and monitoring methods. We develop and test both happy paths and exception handling. Live cutover is executed as an agreed step, with support terms locked in before handover.

What to prepare

Specify the systems, versions, and available API documentation. Describe the trigger event, required fields, and expected result in the receiving system. Send safe sample payloads without personal data or secrets, along with any known limitations. Live API keys are not needed for the initial discussion.

Discuss technical task

After verifying feasibility, we propose the scope and estimate. Effort depends on interfaces, mapping rules, and testing requirements. Proprietary products and pre-built connectors are discussed separately, with their features and availability confirmed beforehand. Frequently asked questions

What if there is no API?

We check what permitted exchange methods exist. The absence of a suitable interface may limit or rule out the desired integration.

Is this a new CRM implementation?

Here we focus on data exchange between systems. Full CRM implementation and internal process redesign are separate services.

How do we verify that data transfers accurately?

Before development, we lock in the fields and acceptance criteria. We test standard transfers, error states, and duplicate handling using sample data.

Who maintains the integration if a system changes?

Monitoring and update terms are agreed upon separately. External API changes are not covered by an open-ended lifetime support guarantee.

Discuss a integration

We respond during business hours, Sunday through Thursday.
