Ad Campaign Audit

We analyze what is happening with your current ads and which changes are worth testing first.

When money is being spent but results are unclear

An audit is designed for owners of active campaigns who want clarity on spend, tracking, and the conversion path. Perhaps reports show leads, but the business does not see quality inquiries, or there is not enough data to decide what to change.

A standalone deliverable

You receive a document with findings and a prioritized action plan: what to fix first and what to test next. We separate confirmed issues from hypotheses. Every recommendation includes its rationale and what outcome to verify. If data is insufficient to draw a conclusion, the document states that clearly.

What we examine

We audit Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) accounts, either one or both. Other ad platforms can be reviewed on request under a separately agreed scope.

  • Account structure: campaigns, ad groups, and how well they align with your business goals.
  • Keywords in Google Ads: relevance, duplicates, and missing negative keywords.
  • Budget leaks: clicks without conversions, and locations or hours where spend is wasted.
  • Ads: copy, extensions, and in Google Ads, Quality Score.
  • Conversions: tracking accuracy, values, and duplicate counting. We note any limitations in lead tracking.
  • Competitors: who is advertising alongside you and with what messaging.
  • Brand protection: whether competitors are bidding on your business name.
  • Landing page and conversion path: whether the post-click page matches the ad promise and how visitors proceed to contact you.

Audit boundaries

The audit does not include making campaign changes during the review or ongoing management. Fixing website issues or analytics is quoted separately. Weak sales cannot be diagnosed from the ad account alone without insight into how incoming leads are handled.

How the review works

First, we clarify the owner’s main question and the current advertising setup. We arrange read-only access, the review period, and data sources. We analyze the campaigns and conversion flow, then compile our findings. The document is delivered within 5 business days of receiving access. Afterward, we can discuss executing the plan as a separate scope.

What to provide

Specify the ad platforms, campaign goals, and the question you want answered. We will need agreed data on spend, tracking, and lead quality without personal customer data. Only read-only access is needed; please grant it securely without sharing passwords.

Start with an audit

The ad audit is listed in our catalog as a one-time fixed-price service. Ad spend is paid separately to the platforms; the audit itself does not require spending any new ad budget.

The cost of the audit is credited toward your first payment for ad setup or management if ordered within 30 calendar days of audit delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Is an audit suitable for a brand-new campaign?

An audit examines active or past campaigns. For a new launch, we discuss setting up your chosen channel instead.

Will you change our settings during the audit?

No. During the audit we only inspect the account; read-only access is sufficient. Any fix plan is agreed after the review and executed as a separate scope.

Is this an SEO audit?

No. Here we examine paid advertising. Organic search visibility is covered as a separate service on our SEO Audit page.

Which advertising platforms do you audit?

Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Other ad platforms can be reviewed upon request: we confirm feasibility and agree on the scope before ordering.

How long does the audit take?

Up to 5 business days from receiving access. Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, and holiday eves.
