For owners of self-managed infrastructure
If you manage your own hosting or server environment and need technical assistance, the first step is understanding the current system state. The specific issue, available permissions, and maintenance windows determine what can be done and in what order.
Two separate stages
An initial diagnostic check lays the foundation for an action plan. After that, we agree on hourly execution for specific tasks. You know what we propose to do, why it is needed, and how we will verify the outcome before any changes begin.
Available services
Diagnostics and follow-up work have distinct deliverables. Initial check: we assess the state of accessible systems, the issue, and any constraints, then deliver our findings and recommended next step. Hourly work: we execute the agreed task after evaluating access and risks, locking in scope and sequence beforehand. Result verification: we agree on completion criteria, test affected functions, and separate future recommendations from completed work.
Execution terms
Providing access does not mean blanket permission to make arbitrary changes. Work depends on operating systems, installed services, and provider policies. Before starting, we define permitted changes, backups, and rollback procedures. Ongoing monthly server administration is not included in this offer.
