Website Accessibility

We help fix barriers that prevent visitors from reading your site, using menus, or submitting forms.

How the service works and what is included

We lock in the scope, boundaries, and verifiable deliverables before starting.

When parts of your website are hard to use

Accessibility work is needed when a person cannot navigate menus with a keyboard, read zoomed-in text, understand a form field, or access information in an alternative way. Before estimating, we define the applicable scope and the pages to be reviewed.

What you get

A list of identified barriers, agreed-upon fixes, and verification results for the selected user flows. We document readiness based on the scope actually tested. The list of pages, forms, documents, and third-party components is locked in before we begin.

What we check within the selected scope

The scope depends on how the site is built and the applicable requirements. Navigation: we check keyboard control, tab order, and focus visibility. Content: we review heading structure, readability, text scaling, and alternative text needed to understand images. Forms: we check field labels, instructions, and clear error messages. We also test with the selected screen readers.

Accessibility widgets vs. actual site behavior

An accessibility widget can supplement a website, but core barriers must be fixed in the structure, styling, and behavior of the pages themselves. Working on selected pages does not automatically certify all documents, third-party services, or future changes.

Workflow and preparation

Execution stages and what is needed to get started.

How we define the scope

First, we clarify your business status, the launch date, and how the site is built. Based on this information, we identify the applicable requirements and agree on the audit scope. Next, we implement the feasible fixes and re-test the selected flows. Any uncovered items are listed separately.

What to prepare

We need your website URL, a list of key visitor actions, and any known reports of usability difficulties. Please note any external forms, documents, and video materials used on the site. We will ask for business status details privately as part of our workflow, without posting them publicly.

Frequently asked questions

Is installing a widget enough?

No. The website itself must be audited and fixed within the agreed scope. A widget can only serve as an add-on.

Will the audit cover every page?

We lock in the list of pages, content types, and user flows before starting work. Full-site coverage cannot be assumed without this agreement.

Is there a legal guarantee?

We document the work and checks actually performed. We do not provide a blanket legal guarantee covering the entire site, third-party services, or future changes.

What happens after the website is updated?

New sections and modified features require review. Follow-up checks can be arranged as part of an ongoing maintenance plan.
